- The reduced price for children up to 11 years old applies only when they are not part of the minimum capacity.

- All participants are covered by insurance, according to the legal requirements of Brazilian Tourism (License No. 335/2015).

- If the minimum capacity is not reached, it is possible to take the tour by paying the price corresponding to 4 participants.

- If you prefer a private tour, without sharing with other groups, you can reserve the entire jeep, paying the equivalent of the maximum capacity.

Cancellations

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Activities may be cancelled in situations of adverse sea or land conditions, such as dense fog, thunderstorms, rough seas or wind considered dangerous by us, as well as in case of technical failure. In these cases, a full refund of the amount paid will be made.

If any passenger is found to be in an altered state of consciousness, the captain may refuse boarding. It is expressly forbidden to carry illicit substances or objects. Moderate consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted on board, but safety at sea will always be the priority. Failure to comply with these rules may lead to the immediate interruption of the tour, without any right to a refund.

On shared tours, departure confirmation only occurs when the minimum number of 8 adults is reached. If this number is not reached, the event may be canceled, with a full refund of the amount paid, or converted into a private tour, according to the client's preference.
